Second Round Rules and Regulations

WhatsApp Group Participation:

1. **Group Joining**: All selected candidates must join the WhatsApp group "Poetic Villa" within 48 hours of receiving the selection email. Failure to join the group will result in disqualification.

2. **Active Participation**: Candidates are expected to actively participate in the group activities and discussions.

3. **Respect and Conduct**: All participants must maintain a respectful and positive attitude. Any form of harassment or negative behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Second Round Activities:

1. **Poem Submission**: Specific instructions for poem submissions, including deadlines and themes, will be communicated in the WhatsApp group.

2. **Creative Challenges**: Participants will engage in fun and curious creative challenges designed to inspire and enhance their poetic skills.

3. **Feedback Sessions**: Regular feedback sessions will be conducted where participants can share their work and receive constructive criticism from peers and judges.

4. **Interactive Workshops**: Interactive workshops will be held to help participants improve their writing techniques and explore new poetic forms.

Judging Criteria:

1. **Creativity and Originality**: Judges will look for unique and original content.

2. **Adherence to Theme**: Poems must follow the theme provided for the second round.

3. **Language and Style**: Proper use of language, poetic devices, and overall writing style will be considered.

4. **Engagement**: Active engagement in group activities and workshops will also be considered in the judging process.

Additional Information:
