Audition Process & Structure 

The Bluebird Films Internship Program follows a structured and rigorous 7-round audition process, designed to assess each participant’s technical expertise, creativity, adaptability, and overall potential. Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to interpret the theme, execute creative ideas, and demonstrate originality in their respective categories—Photography, Modeling, or Designing.

The entire audition process will be conducted online, ensuring accessibility for all participants.

🔹 Round 1: Video Call Interview (8:30 AM Sharp)

📌 Objective: To assess the candidate’s personality, experience, confidence, and vision for this year’s theme: “Men’s Feet Beauty.”

📌 Structure:

• Each candidate will have a one-on-one live interview session with the Bluebird Films selection panel via video call.

• The panel will evaluate the participant’s understanding of the theme, artistic approach, and professional mindset.

• Candidates should be prepared to discuss their creative inspirations, previous work, and how they plan to contribute to the internship program.

📌 Technical & Presentation Requirements:
✔ Stable Internet Connection – Ensure uninterrupted communication.
✔ Quiet & Professional Background – A well-lit, distraction-free space is preferred.
✔ Proper Attire & Presentation – Candidates should present themselves in a professional and confident manner.
✔ Clarity & Expressiveness – The ability to articulate ideas clearly will be a key evaluation factor.

🔹 Rounds 2-7: Task-Based Challenges (Online)

📌 Objective: To evaluate the candidate’s ability to perform under real-world creative challenges. These rounds will test their innovation, execution skills, and ability to adapt to artistic constraints.

📌 Mode of Submission:

• Online task assignments will be provided.

• Candidates must submit their completed tasks before the deadline of each round.

📌 Evaluation Criteria:

• Creativity & Uniqueness – How well does the work reflect original thinking?

• Technical Proficiency – Skill in photography, modeling, or design execution.

• Attention to Detail – Precision and professional-quality output.

• Adherence to Deadlines – Submissions must be on time to proceed to the next round.

📌 Structure of Rounds:
🔹 Round 2: Concept Development Task – Candidates will be given a specific prompt and must present a concept plan (for photographers, models, or designers).
🔹 Round 3: Creativity Challenge – A task testing the participant’s ability to create something unique and theme-centric.
🔹 Round 4: Technical Execution Task – Practical application of photography, modeling, or designing techniques.
🔹 Round 5: Aesthetic & Detail Enhancement – Refining details, ensuring perfection in lighting, angles, or design elements.
🔹 Round 6: Adaptability Test – Candidates will be given a last-minute challenge to test their spontaneity and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Round 7: Final Submission & Portfolio Review – Participants must submit their best work, incorporating feedback and refinement from previous rounds.

📌 Important Submission Guidelines:
✔ All files must be high-resolution and properly labeled according to the provided instructions.
✔ No late submissions will be entertained unless pre-approved due to a valid reason.
✔ Participants must respond promptly to task instructions and queries via WhatsApp.

🔹 Final Selection & Announcement

At the end of the 7 rounds, the top 2 candidates who demonstrate outstanding creativity, dedication, and technical skills will be selected as the winners of the internship program.

Rules & Regulations  

To maintain a fair, transparent, and professional selection process, all candidates must strictly adhere to the following rules and guidelines. Non-compliance may result in penalties, negative scoring, or disqualification. 

🔹 1. Eligibility & Participation

✅ Open to aspiring photographers, models, and designers who are passionate about their craft and willing to explore this year’s theme: “The Beauty of a Man” with a special focus on Men’s Feet Beauty.

✅ Candidates must be:

• Available for all audition rounds without exceptions.

• Punctual and committed to completing each round within the specified deadlines.

🚨 Absenteeism or failure to submit required tasks on time may result in immediate disqualification.

🔹 2. Submission Guidelines

Each category has its own set of requirements to ensure quality, creativity, and relevance to the theme.

📷 For Photographers:

• Must submit original, high-resolution images that showcase exceptional creativity, lighting techniques, and composition.

• The focus should be on storytelling through visual aesthetics, ensuring that the theme is clearly represented.

👞 For Models:

• Submissions should include high-quality photographs and/or videos showcasing the model’s ability to express emotions, perfect posture, and unique angles relevant to the theme.

• Candidates must ensure proper attire, lighting, and professional presentation.

🎨 For Designers:

• Must create original, visually compelling designs that effectively interpret the theme.

• Submissions should reflect innovative design thinking, strong visual appeal, and high execution standards.

📌 General Submission Requirements:
✔ All files must be named properly (e.g., YourName_Category_RoundNumber).
✔ High-quality resolutions are mandatory (no pixelated, distorted, or low-light images).
✔ No watermarks, logos, or unnecessary text overlays on submissions.
✔ Timely submission is compulsory—no late entries will be entertained unless prior approval is granted.

🔹 3. Code of Conduct

Bluebird Films upholds professionalism, integrity, and respect, and expects the same from all participants.

✅ Participants must maintain:

• A professional and respectful attitude towards fellow candidates and the selection panel.

• Honesty and ethical behavior in all aspects of the audition.

• Strict confidentiality regarding tasks and competition details—sharing or discussing audition assignments publicly is prohibited.

🚨 Disqualification Grounds:
❌ Any form of misconduct, disrespect, or offensive behavior towards judges or fellow participants.
❌ Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as using someone else’s work.
❌ Attempting to influence or manipulate results in any way.

🔹 4. Originality & Fair Play

To ensure a genuine display of talent, all submissions must be 100% original and free from any unauthorized alterations.

✅ Strictly Prohibited:
❌ Plagiarism – Any copied, stolen, or heavily inspired work from external sources will lead to disqualification.
❌ AI-generated content – Work must be created manually, without AI assistance.
❌ Teamwork or external help – This is an individual competition; participants must complete tasks independently.

✅ All shortlisted works may be subject to verification to ensure authenticity.

✔ Professional attire and confident presentation.

✅ For Photographers & Designers:
✔ A good quality camera (DSLR/mirrorless/smartphone with high resolution).
✔ Proper editing software for image refinement (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent).
✔ Access to props, lighting equipment, or any required resources.

🔹 7. Final Decision & Selection

• The Bluebird Films selection panel’s decision is final and binding—no disputes or appeals will be entertained.

• The top two candidates will be selected based on their overall performance, consistency, and creativity throughout all rounds.

• The final selection will be announced via email and WhatsApp to the winners.
